What this is

Never Still Run offers training companionship: an ongoing written conversation about your training and how your body is holding up, with load adjusted to what is actually happening in your life. It is not a fixed plan, not a course, and not a programme with an end date.

What this is not

It is not a medical service. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. If you have an injury, a condition, or any restriction from a doctor, the load must be agreed with them first. Bring us in after that, not instead of it.

It is not a guarantee of results. Bodies differ, circumstances differ, and nothing about training outcomes can be promised. What is offered is considered guidance, not an outcome.

Your own risk

Physical training carries risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions — including deciding, on any given day, that something is a bad idea. You are asked to describe your health honestly on the intake, and to say when something changes. Guidance can only be as good as what it is based on.

How it starts

You send the intake. You get a written review of your situation. Both are free and neither obliges you to anything. Only after that review does the question of paying arise, and only if you want to put it into practice together.

Payment and stopping

The service is paid a month at a time, in euro, by bank transfer. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged automatically, and each month is paid only if you choose to continue.

Payment details are sent to you once you decide to start. From inside the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) it is an ordinary euro transfer and normally arrives within a business day. From outside it, a transfer usually takes a few days and correspondent banks may take a cut along the way — sending through a service such as Wise or Revolut avoids that, costs you less, and arrives as a normal euro transfer.

Any fees charged by your own bank are yours; the monthly price is what should arrive. You receive a written confirmation of each payment. The service is provided by a private individual and not by a VAT-registered business, so no VAT is added and no VAT invoice is issued.

There is no minimum term and no notice period. You can stop at any time, for any reason, simply by saying so. When you do, the unused part of the month you have paid for is refunded, in proportion to the days remaining.

This is deliberately more generous than the fourteen-day withdrawal right EU consumers have for distance contracts: rather than a short window at the start, a proportional refund applies whenever you stop.

Response times

There is no limit on how often you write or how many questions you ask. Replies normally come within one business day. This is one person, not a rota, so an occasional longer gap around travel or illness is possible — you will be told if one is coming.

Ending it from this side

In rare cases the work may be ended from this side: if what you are asking for is outside what this service does, if a medical situation means you should be with a clinician instead, or if correspondence becomes abusive. The unused part of the paid month is refunded in that case too, in the same way.

What belongs to whom

Text written for you is yours to use. The material on this site is not for redistribution or resale.

Privacy runs both ways

You are told the name of the person you are dealing with and the account details for payment, because you cannot pay without them. Those details are given to you for that purpose and are not public: please don't publish them, post them, or pass them to anyone else.

The same goes for correspondence. What you write is treated as private, and what is written back to you is meant for you rather than for publication.

None of this restricts what you may say about the service itself. Your opinion of it is entirely yours — write a review, recommend it, warn people off it. The only thing asked is that personal details and payment information stay out of it.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the preceding three months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

These terms may change. If they do, you will be told by email before the change applies to you, and the date at the top changes.
