This page explains what happens to the information you send through the intake form, in plain terms. The short version: it is read by one person, it is never sold or shared for marketing, and you can have it deleted whenever you ask.
Never Still Run is operated by a sole individual based in Serbia, acting as the data controller. If you decide to continue after the review of your situation, that person's name is given to you directly, together with the payment details. All correspondence goes through hello@neverstill.run, which is also the address to use for any request about your data.
Only what you type into the intake form or the chat window, and anything you write to us afterwards:
If you become a paying client, the details of your bank transfers are kept as well: the name on the paying account, the amounts and the dates.
No advertising pixels and no profile built about you. Fonts are served from this site itself, not from a third party.
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page visited, the country, the kind of device and where the visit came from — in aggregate. It sets no cookies, follows nobody between sites, and none of it is tied to you or to anything you write in the intake.
The chat window in the corner of each page is run by Chatwoot. It loads with the page, and it keeps an identifier in your browser so that a conversation you start is still there if you come back. Like any web service, Chatwoot also sees the page you are on and basic details of your browser. What you type into the chat, and an email address if you leave one so the reply can reach you, is read by the same person who answers the intake. Chat conversations are kept by Chatwoot for about 30 days; anything that turns into ongoing correspondence moves to email.
The question about injuries and conditions asks for what data protection law treats as a special category of personal data. It is there for one reason: giving guidance on physical load without knowing about an injury or a medical restriction would be unsafe.
It is processed only on the basis of the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawing it means the information is deleted. Nothing here is a medical service — see the note on the form and in the terms.
To read your intake and write you an answer, and — if you decide to continue — to advise on training load over time. That is the whole purpose. Your address is never added to a mailing list.
Four services are involved in getting a message from you to the person who answers it:
Nobody else. Your information is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing, ever.
If you send an intake and we don't end up working together, it is deleted within twelve months. If we do, correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the work and for twelve months after it ends. Ask earlier and it goes earlier.
The one exception is payment records. Serbian tax law requires them to be kept for a fixed period, so they stay for as long as that law requires — even after you ask for everything else to be deleted. They contain only what is listed above: a name, amounts and dates. Nothing about your training or your health.
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Write to hello@neverstill.run and it will be handled without argument.
If you are in the EU or the UK and you think your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
When you move to paying, you receive a name and bank details. They are shared with you so that you can make the payment, and the terms ask you to keep them to yourself rather than publish or forward them. Your view of the service is yours to share freely; the account details are not.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
